Refund policy

At Tira Jewles, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund experience for every purchase made through our online store.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. After this period, refunds or exchanges are not available, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

Please note that only one return per order is allowed.

30-Day Return Policy

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• Be returned with original packaging
• Include all relevant diamond certificate(s), if applicable

To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom or Personalized Products:
  Items that are custom-made, modified, or personalized (such as initial pendants) cannot be returned. We ensure design approval before production to avoid dissatisfaction. Any post-delivery changes will involve additional charges.
• Engraved Items:
  Engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Earrings:
  Due to hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us promptly with details, and we will guide you through the replacement process.

Custom Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a custom or modified order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it.

• After 48 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will apply
• If the order has already been shipped, standard return policies will apply

Return Shipping

Before sending back any item, you must contact us for instructions.

• Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer
• For items valued above $200, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
• Tira Jewles is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

Comparative Purchasing Policy

Purchasing multiple items with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest is not permitted. Orders identified under this category may be canceled or restricted from returns.

Rush & Express Fees

• Rush production fees are non-refundable once production begins (typically within 24 hours)
• Express shipping fees are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched

Free Gift Policy

Orders exceeding $1,000 may qualify for a complimentary gift.

• If returned items reduce the order value below the eligibility threshold, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund
• Alternatively, the gift must be returned unused and in original condition
• Complimentary earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene standards, and their value will be deducted if applicable
