Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond: it is made of the same carbon crystal as a mined diamond, so it has the same hardness, brilliance and fire. The only difference is its origin, it is grown in a controlled environment instead of being mined. Even a trained jeweler cannot tell them apart without specialist equipment.
How are your diamonds made?
Our diamonds are grown using two advanced methods, CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and HPHT (High Pressure, High Temperature), which recreate the conditions under which diamonds form in nature. Every stone is then evaluated for cut, color, clarity and carat, and only diamonds that meet our standards are set into our jewelry.
Is my diamond certified?
Yes. Each diamond is independently graded and certified by the IGI (International Gemological Institute), one of the world’s leading gem laboratories. The certificate confirms your diamond’s cut, color, clarity and carat weight, so you know exactly what you are buying.
Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
